The perfect combination for success STARRS Development was established in 2005 by Denise Gallanagh-Wood, offering training, facilitation & coaching. More recently after gaining accreditation as a mediator, mediation is now available. Denise gained vast experience in project management, human resources, fundraising, corporate sponsorship programmes, and operational functions of medium to large organisations within a national and international context, through her twenty years of work in human services industries, five of those in senior management and has been involved in training and development for over 12 years. Denise’s passion and expertise lies with people and their development, encouraging them to maximise achievement in any area they choose. Believing you have everything you need to have everything you want for you and your life, with support and guidance you have the capacity to excel. STARRS works collaboratively with other independent trainers, coaches, facilitators and mediators to ensure you get the best possible service in any area you seek support in.
